Why is your feedback is important?

Feedback helps review past actions, improve future actions and provide accountability to members. Your feedback communicates what we as a lodge can do, to improve attendance, membership and serving our members to the best of our ability. 

To excel in our lives and careers, we need clarity. Clarity is not just about where we’re going but also who we are. We need to be able to see ourselves. We want to safeguard our valued relationships and achieve paradigm shifts. In order for our lodge to achieve a paradigm shift; we need to know what we do well, what areas we can improve in and how the lodge experience is perceived. Feedback is one of the fastest ways to focus our efforts, correct our course and achieve our goals.

We want to be clear that we are asking for honest feedback.  We want to make the most of your responses, but it won’t work if you hold back.   In order to focus on the future, we need to correct the errors, whatever they are; of the past.  There will be no judgement assigned to your response or explanation; this is strictly a process to help us improve our lodge, in all the ways it needs to be improved.
